Where it all started
As the name suggests, Wén Collect/ve is founded by Ng Wen Yi when she was 21. Falling in love with graphic design, followed by personal branding and social media in 2016, she decided to pursue her passion in these areas for a few years building her portfolio as a graphic designer over the years.
Having the wildest dreams of creating a brand that she could call her own ever since she was 16, always dreaming of having her own brand and products that she designs personally and the thought of seeing the smiles on peoples faces because of her products would brighten up her day, she decided to make it happen one day.
She decided to write her first self-development book in 2018 while she was interning in the states. Fast forward to 2020, she made the decision to quit her 9-5 job and work on what she enjoyed doing the most, designing and personal branding. During this time, she decided it's time to chase after her dreams and take risks, hence Wén Collect/ve was born.
